What counts as a roof emergency

How emergency service works
Step 1: You call, we answer. Day or night. Tell us what happened and where you are.
Step 2: Emergency tarping. We get to your property and install heavy-duty tarps to stop water from entering. We secure the tarps properly so they do not blow off in the next storm.
Step 3: Damage assessment. Once the immediate crisis is handled, we do a full inspection and document everything. Photos, measurements, written notes. This documentation matters for insurance claims.
Step 4: Permanent repair. We schedule the permanent fix, usually within a week of the emergency. If you are filing an insurance claim, we coordinate with your adjuster.
Insurance claims
We work with all major insurance companies in California and we have been through the claims process thousands of times. Here is what we do:
- Document all damage with detailed photos and measurements
- Provide estimates in the format insurance adjusters expect (Xactimate-compatible)
- Meet with your adjuster on-site to walk through the damage together
- Handle the back-and-forth so you do not have to

Cost
Emergency tarping typically runs $300 to $800 depending on the area that needs to be covered. The permanent repair is quoted separately once we assess the full extent of the damage. If insurance is covering it, we work directly with your carrier on pricing.
